The Investor / Partner with the funds will be engaged in partnership on following basis:

For Phase 2/3/4/5( 8 to 10 months from date of investment)
Collateral: All the Land is going to be under the name of a SPV which will be owned by the INVESTOR.
Gains: 15-18cr(approx. around 8L/acre)
The amount is to be PAID ON REGISTRATION of Land on the name of the investor AND there will be NO TOKEN involved.
The complete amount will be released only on registration.

The Land which is going to be aggregated in P1 is going to be highway touch.
Aggregation is going to be done in a phased manner.
